I love a new discovery…it’s what makes this journey all the richer…this morning, while sipping a hot cup of tea, I poured through the November/December issue of Veranda and found myself awed by the work of Luis Bustamante…based in Madrid, Luis started his career as a sculptor and a painter…how appropriate given his forte is creating interiors where fine art and functional living go hand in hand…as beautiful as the Miami home is on the pages of Veranda, his website is filled with even more jaw-dropping interiors…the home in today’s post feels like a marriage between Yves Saint Laurent’s iconic Paris apartment and the ultra chic Manhattan home of Bill Blass…there is something uniquely refined and sophisticated about his work but with a twist for today’s living…more tomorrow…
